The AI agent that builds your server for you

Tell Kowalski what you want in plain words. It installs and configures plugins, fixes crashes from the log, edits configs and can even code a custom plugin, directly on your server inside the PenguHost panel. You approve every change.

400 free AI credits every month. Asks before every change. Keeps working when you close the tab.

An example of a typical job. Kowalski shows its plan, waits for your OK before changes and checks the log at the end.

Not a chatbot that explains. An admin that does it.

Most hosts give you a support bot that tells you which folder to upload a file to. Kowalski has real tools on your server and does the work itself.

Plugins, mods, modpacks

Searches Modrinth and SpigotMC, picks the build for your Minecraft version, installs and configures it.

Fixes crashes

Reads latest.log and crash reports, finds the cause (a missing dependency, a broken config, the wrong Java version) and fixes it.

Edits configs

server.properties, plugin configs, permissions, startup settings. You say what you want, it finds the right line.

Codes custom plugins

Need something no plugin does? It writes the Java code, builds it with Maven in a sandbox and puts the jar into /plugins.

Runs your server

Start, stop, restart, console commands, backups and schedules: the things you would click, done for you.

Works in the background

Close the tab and the job keeps running. The result is waiting the next time you open the panel.

Reads screenshots

Send a screenshot of an error or upload a file, and Kowalski takes it into account.

Not just Minecraft

Works on every server in the panel: Rust, Valheim, Palworld, ARK and Discord bots too.

Three steps, no tutorial needed

Open your server in the panel

Kowalski sits in the corner of the PenguHost game panel and knows which server you have open.

Say what you want

In English, German or any other language. "Install a world border", "why does my server crash?", "make a lobby with a parkour". Add a screenshot if something looks wrong.

Approve and play

You see the plan and every step. Changes wait for your OK, or you switch on auto mode and let it run.

You stay in control

An AI that can change your server has to be careful. These are the rules Kowalski works under: not promises in a prompt, but limits built into the system.

  • It asks firstEvery change waits for your confirmation unless you turn on auto mode. Reading files and logs needs no confirmation.
  • Only your serverIt works on the server you have open. Scripts run in a locked-down container that sees that one server folder. No other servers, nothing else on the machine, no private networks.
  • Big changes, backed upAsk for a backup before a big rebuild. A full reset always asks separately.
  • Cost you can seeEvery answer shows how many credits it used, and a running job shows its cost live.

Pick the brain for the job

Choose per task, and set how long it thinks, from quick to very thorough.

Swift

Default · fast and cheap

Installing plugins, reading logs, small config changes and quick questions. Enough for most everyday jobs.

Engineer

For bigger setups

Multi-step builds, tricky crashes and setups with many plugins that have to work together.

Mastermind

The strongest

Hard problems and custom code, for when you want it done right the first time and cost matters less.

400free credits / month

Included with every account

Every PenguHost account gets 400 AI credits on the first of each month. One credit is a tenth of a cent of real AI cost, and you see the cost of every answer.

With the default model, installing a plugin usually takes a handful of credits and a bigger setup a few dozen. Need more? Credit packs start at 1,000 credits, and bought credits never expire.

A support bot vs. an agent

Typical host chatbot

  • Explains where the plugins folder is
  • Links a tutorial
  • You download, upload, configure and restart yourself
  • Crash? It asks you to paste the log

Kowalski on PenguHost

  • Finds the right plugin build and installs it
  • Configures it the way you described
  • Restarts and checks the log itself
  • Crash? It reads the log and fixes the cause

Frequently asked questions

What can Kowalski do on my server?

Read and write files, edit configs, read logs and crash reports, search and install plugins from Modrinth and SpigotMC, download files, change startup settings, send console commands, start, stop and restart, create backups and schedules, and run scripts in an isolated sandbox with Java, Maven, Python and Node.js. That is how it can build a custom plugin and drop the jar into your plugins folder.

Will Kowalski change things without asking?

No. By default you confirm every change before it happens; looking at files and logs needs no confirmation. If you trust it, you can switch on auto mode. Destructive actions like a full reset always ask separately.

What does Kowalski cost?

Every account gets 400 free AI credits each month. One credit is a tenth of a cent of real AI cost, and small jobs like installing a plugin usually take a few to a few dozen credits with the default model. If you need more, credit packs start at 1,000 credits, and bought credits never expire.

Which AI models does it use?

You choose per job: Swift (fast and cheap, the default, for plugins, logs and small changes), Engineer (for bigger setups and debugging) and Mastermind (the strongest, for hard problems and custom code), each with adjustable thinking effort.

Can Kowalski break my server or see other servers?

It only works on the server you have open in the panel and asks before changes. Scripts run in a locked-down container that can see only that one server folder: nothing else on the machine, and no private networks. Before big changes, let it create a backup first.

Does it work for games other than Minecraft?

Yes. Kowalski works on every server in the panel, including Rust, Valheim, Palworld, ARK and Discord bots. It is strongest with Minecraft, where it can also install plugins and mods straight from the catalogues.
