Welcome to PenguHost: what to expect

What PenguHost is, how the days-based billing works and what you can do from the panel.

PenguHost is a small game-server host run by the people who own the hardware. You rent a server for Minecraft, Rust, ARK, Valheim, Palworld, 7 Days to Die, Satisfactory, Hytale or a Discord bot, and you manage it yourself in a web panel.

How paying works

You do not take out a subscription. You buy days for a server (30, 90 or 365 at a time), and the server runs for exactly those days. When they run out, the server is paused (not deleted) until you add more days. If auto-renew is on and your account balance covers it, the next period is paid automatically and nothing stops.

Your balance is prepaid credit in EUR. You top it up with a card, Apple/Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, giropay or Revolut Pay. The website shows prices in USD if you prefer; if you choose USD, you pay in USD at our fixed rate.

What you get with every server

  • A slot in panel.penguhost.com: console, file manager, backups, schedules, subusers, SFTP.
  • Kowalski, an assistant inside the panel. It reads your server's log, installs plugins, edits configs and explains errors. Every account gets free credits for it each month.
  • The one-click installer for plugins, mods and complete modpacks (Minecraft).
  • DDoS protection, NVMe storage, a Frankfurt network entry, and hardware that runs on solar power.

Where things live

  • penguhost.com/dashboard: buy, renew, upgrade and delete servers, pay, invoices, tickets, invite friends, support links.
  • panel.penguhost.com: everything that happens on the server.
  • penguhost.com/tickets: talk to a human.
