Registering
- Go to penguhost.com/register and enter your name, e-mail address and a password (at least 8 characters).
- We send a 6-digit code to that address. Enter it on the verification page. The code is valid for 24 hours; if it never arrives, check the spam folder and make sure the address has no typo. You can register again with the correct one.
- As soon as the code is accepted you are logged in and your panel account exists.
Logging in later
Log in at penguhost.com/login. Depending on your browser and device we may e-mail you a code before letting you in. That is normal and protects the account if someone learns your password.
The panel
The panel at panel.penguhost.com uses the same e-mail address and password as the website. There is no second account to create. If you change your password on the website, use the new one in the panel too.
If the panel says your password is wrong although the website accepts it, log out of both, wait a minute and try again. Still stuck? Open a ticket and we can reset the panel password by hand.
Forgot your password?
Use Forgot password. You get a reset link by e-mail. The new password works for the website and the panel.
