Server → Schedules → Create schedule. A schedule has a cron time (when it fires) and a list of tasks that run in order, each with an optional offset in seconds after the previous one.

Task types

  • Send command: types a command into the console (say Restart in 5 minutes, save-all, saveworld).
  • Power action: start, restart, stop, kill.
  • Create backup: a panel backup; rotates the oldest unlocked one when the slots are full.

Three schedules worth having

Nightly restart with warnings (Minecraft, cron 55 4 * * *):

  1. Send command say Server restart in 5 minutes (offset 0)
  2. Send command say Server restart in 1 minute (offset 240)
  3. Send command save-all (offset 50)
  4. Power action restart (offset 10)

Daily backup (cron 0 4 * * *): one task, Create backup.

Hourly save reminder (survival games, cron 0 * * * *): Send command saveworld (ARK) / Save (Palworld) / sa (7 Days).

Only when online

Tick Only run when server is online so a stopped server is not woken up by a backup task at 4 a.m.

Time zone

Schedules run in the panel's time zone, which is Central European time (CET/CEST, the same clock as Germany). 0 4 * * * is 04:00 German time.
