Refunds
First 24 hours: within 24 hours of your first server purchase you get the full price back, no questions asked: open a billing ticket with the server name. The money goes back to your balance or to the original payment method. This does not apply to renewals or when the terms were broken.
14-day right of withdrawal: as a consumer you can also withdraw within 14 days. Because your server starts right away, you then pay only for the days it ran (for example, after 3 of 30 days you get 27/30 back). Details are on the right of withdrawal page.
Deleting or downgrading later: if you delete a server, the full days that are left go back to your balance, and a downgrade credits the difference right away. The full rules are in our terms.
Trying before you buy
There is no free trial server yet (it is on the roadmap). The cheapest way to try us is the Starter plan for 30 days, and the 24-hour rule covers you if it is not what you expected. Every new account also gets free Kowalski credits.
Discount codes
If you have one, enter it at checkout or when topping up. It shows the discount before you pay. Codes are applied per purchase, not per account.
