Your server has one primary port. Anything else that listens on the network needs its own:
- Geyser (Bedrock crossplay): UDP
- Simple Voice Chat, Plasmo Voice: UDP
- Dynmap, BlueMap, Squaremap: web map, TCP
- Query (
enable-queryin server.properties) or RCON: TCP - A second game or a bot's web dashboard on the same server
Add a port
Dashboard → My Servers → Modify → raise the ports slider by one → confirm (a few cents per port). The new port appears in the panel's Network tab within a minute. Ports are both TCP and UDP.
Tell the software
Edit the plugin/mod config and put the new port number in: Geyser's config.yml, Simple Voice Chat's voicechat-server.properties (port=), Dynmap's configuration.txt (webserver-port). Restart. Players use node1.penguhost.com:<that port> (voice chat picks it up automatically when it matches the game port; otherwise set it in the mod).
Bind address
Some tools default to binding 127.0.0.1 or a specific interface. Use 0.0.0.0 so the tool listens on all interfaces inside the container.
